adventuretime: Snapped up Adventure Time #1 yet? Better hurry.  Kaboom! Studios reported they’d “sold out” their first printing, but I always discount the (expected) hype when I see stuff like that, don’t you? Then I stumbled into my neighborhood New York comic shop, Forbidden Planet, and came upon this sign. When I asked a clerk he told me he was surprised there were *any* left, and sure enough, all the alternative covers were gone.  -Fred Sign @ Forbidden Planet, NYC, February 11, 2012: “Adventure Time #1. Limit 1 per customer. Limit 1 cover per.” Up here in Canada, the guy at the comic book store asked me wtf Adventure Time was. Apparently people kept asking him the day before (I wasn’t there on Wednesday) and I guess I was the first person he saw that knew what it was about?
